ARIMIDEX

Arimidex is an anticancer medications, is recommended by the health care providers to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It can also use along with another anticancer medication tamoxifen to treat advanced breast cancer in women, whose health condition has spread to other areas of the body. Sometimes, it will be recommended to treat the early stages of breast cancer in women.

How should take this medicines?

This drug is available in the form of tablets, and can be taken it by mouth once a day. It should be continued in case of patients with advanced breast cancer. Patient should store this medicine at room temperature.

• High blood pressure

• Loss of appetite
• Hot flashes and nausea
• Stiffness and pelvic pain
• Depression
• Dizziness or diarrhea
• Stomach upset and weakness
• Urinary tract infection
• Inflammation and vaginal discharge

Do not take ARIMIDEX in case of pregnancy or if someone has an allergic reaction to this medicine. Patients should not take it if plan to become pregnant. If someone has taken over dosage of this medicine, seek the medical advice immediately.
